We retain uploaded files and generated outputs according to your plan retention settings and our operational needs. You can delete documents from your account when the product supports deletion; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

- Service providers / subprocessors that help us run the Services (hosting, object storage, authentication, email, analytics, payment processing, LLM providers)
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when needed
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
