Text objects translated back in place; corner marks on every artboard included.

PDF

Export PDF

Combine every artboard into one multi-page PDF.

AIPNG

Export PNG

One image per artboard, transparent background.

Translation and export are available today; AI Editing doesn't cover .ai files yet.

.ai files don't embed fonts, so the recipient needs the chosen fonts installed too. Exported PDFs are unaffected.

FAQ

If the translation is longer, will it wreck the artboard?

The translation goes back into the position of the original text object. If it runs long, the font size is scaled or the line wraps inside that object — it never spills onto neighbouring elements. For headline-heavy designs, look over the download and nudge things in Illustrator if needed.

My file has dozens of artboards — will anything be missed?

No. Every text object on every artboard is walked, including the fine print — corner marks, captions and footers — that a manual pass tends to miss.

Will the translated .ai be missing fonts on someone else's machine?

The .ai format doesn't embed fonts, so the recipient also needs the fonts you chose for the target language — the same as with any native Illustrator file. If you're only delivering the finished piece, use the exported PDF instead; it doesn't depend on the recipient's font environment.

Does AI Editing support .ai files?

Not yet. AI Editing currently covers InDesign and Word only. For .ai files we offer translation and artboard export.

Can I configure a professional industry glossary before translation?

Yes. The system includes built-in pre-translate analysis, which automatically extracts high-frequency terms and proper nouns from the document. Before translation, you can review them and configure the glossary to ensure consistency throughout the document.

Will layout shift when translating into right-to-left languages such as Arabic?

No. The system includes a built-in RTL auto-mirroring engine. When the target language is Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, or another RTL language, it automatically flips text frames and element alignment after translation, with no manual re-layout needed.

Will translating long documents over 100 pages cause a timeout error?

No. The backend uses a distributed asynchronous processing architecture that automatically splits large documents for parallel processing (fan-out), avoiding LLM token limits and network timeouts, and supporting seamless translation of hundred-megabyte long documents.
